I am a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200), Pure Barre instructor, and Pilates practitioner, and the founder of Lumé Co. Wellness—a boutique wellness brand rooted in intentional, community-driven experiences in Oklahoma City and beyond.

With a background in movement, hospitality, and event curation, I blend mindful practices with elevated design to create experiences that inspire balance, joy, and meaningful connection. My offerings range from intimate yoga flows and restorative sessions to large-scale community pop-ups, corporate wellness programs, and curated celebrations including bachelorette parties and private events.
